Thank you for your interest in helping sort, count and distribute the student's supply kits and/or textbooks.

Boxes average from 30 to 50 pounds with plenty of counting to be done for those who cannot lift.

This opportunity is for adults only and must wear closed toed shoes.

Thank you so much for considering volunteering your time.  It means so much to all the Serra Bears, PTO and Administration!  

We need assistance kicking off the 2026-2027 school year at our Business Day event. Volunteers will be assisting in a variety of roles ranging from checking out parents at the Used Uniform Sale, distributing car placards and student id tags, and more!

Please meet in the SAC on August 5th at your shift time and report to the PTO Table to receive your volunteer assignment.

Please note the volunteering for Business Day does NOT give you access to pre shopping the used uniform sale.

Volunteers are needed to sort and organize traffic placards for the Back-to-School Business Days and to prepare student ID badges for distribution. Tasks may include sorting traffic placards alphabetically, and placing stickers and backpack loop on student ID badges.

We need your help stuffing parish bulletins with St. Serra inserts on Saturday, August 8th. This opportunity will take place at St. Kilian. Bulletins will be available for pick up in the Front Office with the inserts. The Parish Front Office opens at 9:00am. Pick up will not be available any sooner. This opportunity is open to all and does not require any clearances.

Volunteers are needed to clean and prep Chromebooks and iPads for the 2026-2027 school year. Tasks may include removing cases and stickers, physically cleaning devices, and initial sorting for distribution to students.

A volunteer for this opportunity is needed to pick up Visa gift cards from the Front Office by Thursday, August 13th for purchasing supplies from Costco. 4 packs of 24 bakery cookies are needed (chocolate chip), 3 packs of Goldfish Baked Snack Crackers, Cheddar, 1 oz, 45-count, and 4 packs of  Pure Life Purified Water, 8 fl oz, 24-count. Please return any unused gift cards or gift cards with a balance to the Front Office when dropping off the items. Items need to be delivered no later than 3:00pm on Monday, August 17th. 

**Must be a Costco member with a Costco card to sign up for this opportunity**
